All roads lead to Cooraclare on Saturday when Kildysart take on neighbours Shannon Gaels in the Intermediate semi-final. The teams met at this juncture last year and with Kildysart coming out on top. Noel Garry's charges are hoping to do the same again this year. C. McQuire is the ref for the match and extra time will be played if necessary. The victors proceed to the final and face the winners of the semi-final between Doora Barefield v St. Breckan's which takes place on Sunday in Ennistymon at 12 noon. The Clare Champion has a half-page pre-match analysis.

Commiserations to the U14 boys who lost their Shield final replay on Friday last. Hard luck also to the Kildysart/ Coolmeen Minors who were beaten by a strong Cooraclare team on Sunday.

Best of luck to the U14 ladies who are in a Shield Final v Burren Gaels this weekend. Match details will be posted when known.

Best of luck to the Minor Ladies who travel to Clooney Quinn for a round match on Sunday evening at 4:30pm.

The Kildysart GAA kiddies disco will take place in the Hall on Friday 25th October at 5-7pm.
