Congrats to the Intermediate team who had a nail-biting one-point win over Corofin on Sunday last, 3-7 to 1-12. Emmet McMahon made his debut on the Intermediate team and quickly opened their account with a goal in the opening seconds. Seamus Casey and Diarmuid O'Donnell followed with majors to ensure Kildysart were ahead at the break, 3-2 to 0-6. Corofin rallied to leave just one point between the sides but Kildysart stayed the course and came away with the win. Seamus Casey got the nod for man of the match and he was joined by backs Rory McMahon and Stevie Sheehan on the Garry Cup team of the week.

Hard luck to Cill na Sionna U16's who lost to Clondegad on Saturday 2-3 to 3-9. The team is gaining valuable experience by playing in Division A. Their next outing is away to Eire Og this Saturday at noon.

Well done to the U10 ladies who braved the elements on Sunday and took part in the County Blitz held in Gurteen. Well done to Katie Donnellan, Kyla Foley and Rachel Conway who reffed some of the matches and to Roisin Donnellan who assisted coach Caroline Cleary on the line.

Best of luck to the Junior Ladies who open their Division 4 league campaign on Monday when they travel to Clooney - throw in at 4:30.
